No audio from the AUX source What to do • Try unpairing your Bluetooth device from the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II and then re-pairing the two. This action can possibly clear issues that might have occurred during initial device pairing. • Turn the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II off and back on. • Reset the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II: Press the mute button for 10 seconds. Your Bluetooth device is disconnected and the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II turns off. Then press Power to turn the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II back on. • Check for updated software for your Bluetooth device, or check owners.Bose.com for software updates to the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II. • Make sure your connected device is on and playing. • Press the AUX button and check that the AUX source indicator is on. • Make sure the 3.5 mm plug is fully inserted into the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II. • Increase the volume level on the device. • Increase the SoundLink® Mobile speaker II volume. Replacing the battery
