61 R E M O T E F A X O P T I O N S Programming a Fax Forwarding Number When Fax Forwarding is set to ON, your fax machine stores the received fax in memory, then dials the fax forwarding number you've programmed, and forwards the fax message. 1 Press Function , 8 , 2 . 2 Press or until the screen displays FAX FWD 3 Press Set . The screen prompts you to enter the number of the fax machine where faxes will be forwarded. FWD#: ENTER & SET 4 Enter the forwarding number (up to 20 digits). 5 Press Set . 6 Press Stop to exit. Remote Retrieval You can call your machine from any fax machine using touch tone and use a Remote Retrieval Access Code and other button presses to retrieve fax messages.
