Call Brother Customer Service or a Brother Authorized Service Center to replace the PF Kit. To replace PF Kit call Brother Customer Service at: 1-877-BROTHER (1-877-276-8437) (in USA) 1-877-BROTHER (in Canada) or to locate a Brother Authorized Service Center, visit us at: http://www.brother-usa.com/service/ The toner cartridge is at the end of its life. Replace the toner cartridge for the color indicated on the LCD. (See Replacing a Toner cartridge on page 62.) It is time to replace the waste toner box. Replace the waste toner box. (See Replacing the waste toner box on page 85.) The machine has a mechanical problem.  Turn the power switch off, and then turn it on again. (See Transferring your faxes or Fax Journal report on page 100.)  If the problem continues, call Brother Customer Service. Document is too long for duplex scanning. Press Stop/Exit. Use the suitable size of paper for duplex scanning. (See Print media on page 160.) The length of the paper in the tray is too short for the machine to deliver it to the Face down output tray. Open the back cover to let the printed paper out on the back output tray. Remove the printed pages and then press Black Start or Color Start. The paper size defined in the printer driver is not usable for the automatic duplex printing. Press Black Start or Color Start. Choose a paper size which is supported by the duplex tray. (See Type and size of paper on page 21.) The paper in the tray is not the correct size. Load the correct size of paper in the tray and set the "Paper Size" (Menu, 1, 2, 2). (See Paper Size on page 18.) The paper size specified in the printer driver is too small for the machine to deliver it to the Face down output tray. Open the back cover to let the printed paper out on the back output tray and then press Black Start or Color Start. One or more toner cartridges are Pull out the drum unit. Take out all the toner not installed correctly. cartridges, and then put them back into the drum unit. The toner cartridge is near the end of its life. Buy a new toner cartridge for the color that is indicated on the LCD before you get a Replace Toner message. 98
