Troubleshooting Guide There are multiple movie files for a single movie shoot. If the movie file size reaches 4 GB, another movie file will be created automatically (p.186). My card reader does not recognize the card. Depending on the card reader and computer OS used, SDXC cards may not be correctly recognized. If this occurs, connect your camera to the computer with the provided interface cable, then transfer the images to your computer using EOS Utility (provided software, p.364). I cannot resize the image. JPEG c and 1 images cannot be resized (p.277). 335
