Parts and Functions, Attaching the Battery to the Printer

Parts and Functions LK-62 contains a battery pack and two battery attachments. LK-61/LK-60 or iP100 with battery contains a battery pack and a battery attachment. See below for details. Battery Pack LB-60 This is a lithium-ion battery. To use the battery, load the battery pack in the battery attachment. Printer connector Battery Attachment The battery attachment is the case used to load the battery pack and connect it to the printer. * Certain models may not be available in some countries or regions. For iP100 series (1) * This battery attachment is for iP100 series and supplied with LK-62 and iP100 with battery. For mini260/mini320 (1) * This battery attachment is for mini260/mini320 and supplied with LK-62, LK-61 and LK-60. (1) Charge lamp The lamp stays on, turns off or flashes to indicate the battery charging progress and battery condition. When an error occurs, the lamp flashes. For the battery charging progress, see "Charging the Battery." For the battery condition and errors, see "Troubleshooting." 4 Attaching the Battery to the Printer When using the printer in locations where there is no power outlet (outdoors, etc.), attach the battery (i.e. battery pack installed in the battery attachment) to the printer. Before using the battery pack and battery attachment, read "Safety Precautions" thoroughly. 1 Turn off the printer and disconnect the AC adapter and USB cable from the printer. 2 Load the battery pack in the battery attachment. Load the battery pack in the battery attachment with the printer connector facing upward, and then push down on the battery pack until it clicks. Printer connector * The design may differ depending on the printer you are using. Important If the printer connector of the battery pack is dirty, the printer may not operate. Keep the printer connector clean. If it becomes dirty, wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth.

Battery Pack LB-60
This is a lithium-ion battery. To use the battery, load the battery pack in the
battery attachment.

Important
If the printer connector of the battery pack is dirty, the printer may not
