Shooting in Program AE You can choose the settings for various functions to suit your preferences. AE stands for Auto Exposure. Set the mode switch to 4 (p. 42). Choose G. ● Choose G in Step 2 on p. 56. Adjust the settings according to your purposes (pp. 69 - 79). Shoot. What if the shutter speed and aperture value are displayed in orange? If a correct exposure cannot be obtained when pressing the shutter button halfway, the shutter speed and aperture value display in orange.
