Uninstalling the Software After the RP10 software is installed using the installer, two different programs are installed on your system. • RP10 driver • CEI USBCOM driver If the RP10 driver or CEI USBCOM driver is not operating normally, follow the procedure below to uninstall them. To uninstall RP10 software completely, uninstall those programs separately. Then, reinstall the software. (See "Installing the Software" on p. 14.) IMPORTANT Be sure to Log On as the Administrator. A From the Windows task bar, click the [Start] button and then [Control Panel]. B Click [Uninstall a program]. The [Uninstall or change a program] dialog box appears. C Click [Canon RP10 Driver] or [CEI USBCOM driver Uninstaller] in the list of programs, and click [Uninstall]. The delete confirmation screen appears. D Click [Yes]. Uninstallation of the software is now complete. 30

After the RP10 software is installed using the installer, two different
programs are installed on your system.
• RP10 driver
• CEI USBCOM driver
If the RP10 driver or CEI USBCOM driver is not operating normally,
follow the procedure below to uninstall them. To uninstall RP10
software completely, uninstall those programs separately. Then, re-
install the software. (See “Installing the Software” on p. 14.)
IMPORTANT
Be sure to Log On as the Administrator.
