When You Want More Control Shooting mode N IJLK Playback 'y} • Select a shooting mode other than [N Auto]. 1 Select the desired shooting mode (A 90), but do not touch [OK]. 2 Touch [y] to open the exposure adjustment screen. ■ Exposure Compensation 1 Touch [n]. • The exposure is locked and the exposure compensation dial appears with the compensation value set at ±0. • Touch [n] again to return the camcorder to automatic exposure. 2 Touch [Ï] or [Ð], or drag your finger along the dial to compensate the exposure. • + values will make the picture brighter; - values will make it darker. 115
