11 C H A P T E R Configuring Interface Characteristics This chapter defines the types of interfaces on the Catalyst 3750 switch and describes how to configure them. Unless otherwise noted, the term switch refers to a standalone switch and a switch stack. The rest of the chapter describes configuration procedures for physical interface characteristics. Note The stack ports on the rear of the switch are not Ethernet ports and cannot be configured.
