Device profile unavailable
Authentication error
After you enter your UserID and PIN, the phone displays
“Authentication error.”
The system does not recognize your User ID or your PIN. Perform these
steps:
1.
Try to log in again to confirm that you did not make a mistake when
you entered your UserID and PIN.
2.
If you receive the error message again, contact your system
administrator to check that you have the correct UserID and PIN.
