Pressthe STOP EJECT button to open the cassette compartment. 2. Load a microcassette Wth the side to be played or recorded facing you, and the exposed tape faces up. 3. Gently close the microcassette compartment. AC ADAPTER An optional AC adapter can be used to operate the unit. 1. Insert the AC adapters plug into the DC 3V jack of the unit, Internal batteries are automatically disconnected. 2. Plug the AC adapter into an AC wall outlet. Caution: You must use an AC adapter that supplies 3 volts with center tip negative (300 m A). Using an adapter that does not meet these specitcations might damage the unit.
