Prepare the computer for disassembly. 2. Release and lift the keyboard. 3. Remove two screws from the smaller half of the heatspreader with thermal pad. You will remove eight screws total to remove heatspreader. When replacing the heatspreader, ensure that the NOTE: thermal pad under the heatspreader is properly replaced. Next Step
