Diagnosing the Problem When a ProLiant BL Server Does Not Start Use the information in Table 1-3 to troubleshoot problems with a ProLiant BL server. Table 1-3: When a ProLiant BL Server Does Not Start What to Check Check the enclosure(s): Check for connection problems: • Are all power cords properly connected throughout the system? Are there unconnected or loose plugs or cables? Check for power delivery problems: • Are all power cords working? • Is the power outlet working, and at the correct voltage level? • If applicable to your system, are the circuit breakers set in their appropriate positions? • Do the LEDs on the system indicate that power delivery is working?
