HOW TO MICROWAVE VEGETABLES FOOD WEIGHT/ AMOUNT COOKING TIME POWER LEVEL Artichokes 2 globes (about 10 oz. each) 12 to 15 minutes, turn halfway through cooking time High (10P) Asparagus 1 pound 5 to 7 minutes.
