Incremented for outbound packets which could not be transmitted because of errors. The counter is the sum of dot3StatsSQETestErrors, dot3StatsLateCollisions, dot3StatsExcessiveCollisions, dot3StatsInternalMacTransmitErrors and dot3StatsCarrierSenseErrors. Receive Discards Packet Counter. Incremented for packets received which are dropped due to any condition. Such as MTU drop, Buffer Full Drop, ACL Drop, Multicast Drop, VLAN Ingress Drop, Invalid IPv6, STP Drop, Storm and FDB Discard, and etc. Transmit Discards Packet Counter. Incremented for packets transmitted which are dropped due to any condition. Such as excessive transit delay discards, HOL drop, STP drop, MTU drop, VLAN drop, and etc. Transmit COS 0 Drop Packet Counter. Incremented for each packet drop due to Head of Line blocking per egress port COS 0. Transmit COS 1 Drop Packet Counter. Incremented for each packet drop due to Head of Line blocking per egress port COS 1. Transmit COS 2 Drop Packet Counter. Incremented for each packet drop due to Head of Line blocking per egress port COS 2. Transmit COS 3 Drop Packet Counter. Incremented for each packet drop due to Head of Line blocking per egress port COS 3. Transmit COS 4 Drop Packet Counter. Incremented for each packet drop due to Head of Line blocking per egress port COS 4. Transmit COS 5 Drop Packet Counter. Incremented for each packet drop due to Head of Line blocking per egress port COS 5. Transmit COS 6 Drop Packet Counter. Transmit Late Collision Frame Counter. 10/100 mode only - incremented for each frame transmitted which experienced a late collision during a transmission attempt. Transmit Excessive Collision Frame Counter. 10/100 mode only - incremented for each frame transmitted for which transmission fails due to excessive collisions. Receive Frame Too Long Counter. Transmit Error Packet Counter. Incremented for outbound packets

which could not be transmitted because of errors. The counter is the

sum of dot3StatsSQETestErrors, dot3StatsLateCollisions,

dot3StatsExcessiveCollisions, dot3StatsInternalMacTransmitErrors

and dot3StatsCarrierSenseErrors.

ifInDiscards

Receive Discards Packet Counter. Incremented for packets received

which are dropped due to any condition. Such as MTU drop, Buffer
