The CoS queue is determined based on the CoS to Queue mapping table. When a packet arrives at an 802.1Q VLAN tunnel port, the packet will be added with an outer VLAN tag in order to transmit through the VLAN tunnel. If the port is to trust CoS, then the inner tag CoS will be the internal CoS of the packet and the CoS value in the packet's outer VLAN tag.
