DGS-3630 Series Layer 3 Stackable Managed Switch Web UI Reference Guide The fields that can be configured in CPU Protect Sub-Interface are described below: Parameter Sub-Interface Rate Limit Description Select the sub-interface option here. Options to choose from are Manage, Protocol, and Route. Enter the rate limit value used here. This value must be between 0 and 1024 packets per second. Tick the No Limit option to disable the rate limit. Click the Apply button to accept the changes made. The fields that can be configured in Sub-Interface Information are described below: Parameter Sub-Interface Description Select the sub-interface option here. Options to choose from are Manage, Protocol, and Route. Click the Find button to locate a specific entry based on the information entered. CPU Protect Type This window is used to display and configure the CPU protection type settings. To view the following window, click Security > Safeguard Engine > CPU Protect Type, as shown below: Figure 9-86 CPU Protect Type Window The fields that can be configured in CPU Protect Type are described below: Parameter Protocol Name Rate Limit Description Select the protocol name option here. Enter the rate limit value used here. This value must be between 0 and 1024 packets per second. Tick the No Limit option to disable the rate limit. Click the Apply button to accept the changes made. After selecting the protocol type, the Rate Limit assigned to the procotol type will be displayed. Select the unit option to specify the unit ID of the Switch in the physical stack.
