Installing the Configuration Utility • LinkMon is the Configuration Utility. Insert the Driver CD into the CDROM drive. The Autorun program will prompt showing you the screen below. • Click on Install LinkMon to install the Configuration Utility. • If the Autorun program does not show, go to Start > Run > type in D:\Setup.exe where D represents the CDROM drive. NOTE: Windows 98SE users will need to download and install wmi9x.exe from the Microsoft website for LinkMon to work properly. Connecting to the Wireless Network Once you have the DWL-A520 properly installed, you will see the icon shown below. • Right-click on the icon in the task bar. • Select View Available Wireless Networks Note: If View Available Wireless Networks is not shown, please restart the computer.
