Before You Call for Service Problem Food kept in refrigerator compartment is frozen. Humidity occurs on outside of refrigerator or between doors. Odor inside refrigerator. Door does not close. Drawers stuck. May Be Caused By What to Do Refrigerator compartment temperature set too low. Normal in humid weather. Reset refrigerator compartment temperature. When the humidity is less, condensation will disappear. Regular cleaning not performed. Clean inside of refrigerator regularly. See Care and Cleaning section. Some containers or packaging materials may cause smell. Use a different container or different brand packaging material. Food is put into refrigerator in uncovered containers. Keep food in closed containers. Expired food. Remove food that has expired dates. Food packages are preventing the door from closing. Move packages that are obstructing door. Refrigerator door seal moved. Move refrigerator door seal back to correct position. See Opening and Closing Doors in Operation section. Refrigerator not level. Adjust the feet to balance the refrigerator. Adjust feet to balance refrigerator. Floor is not level or strong. Make sure floor is level and strong enough support refrigerator. The food is touching ceiling of drawer. Rearrange food in the drawer. 23
