TROUBLESHOOTING Before you call for service, review this section to see if you can resolve the issue on your own. Touch CANCEL/SECURE for 6 sec's to reactivate control panel Contact power company Touch CANCEL/SECURE; see directions in Operating the Oven Oven will turn itself on at preset time; touch CANCEL/SECURE to return to normal operation. Broil settings do not work in this condition; disconnect meat probe. Follow directions in Operating Your Oven Turn off 12-hr timer (see pg. 6) Check for obstructions; shut door tightly Oven will start self-cleaning at preset time; touch CANCEL/ SECURE to return to normal operation Follow directions in Care and Cleaning section Oven will not start self-clean cycle when meat probe is connected. Disconnect and remove meat probe If lock symbol appears on display, oven door cannot be opened; wait for self-cleaning to end, or touch CANCEL/SECURE; door unlocks once oven is cool Lights do not work in self-clean mode (see pg. 12) Lights do not work in Sabbath mode (see pg. 10) Replace light bulbs. Touch light key to turn lights off. Sabbath mode cannot start if probe is connected; disconnect and remove meat probe Dry metal portion of the plug that connects to the oven using a soft dry rag Cooling fan runs after oven is turned off to cool internal parts Set time (see pg 4) Reset time (see pg 4) Turn off oven, then set clock Reset time (see pg 4) Turn on control panel beep (see pg 4) Error code C33 may be caused by open oven door during cooking/broiling; let oven cool and C33 error to reset; do not leave door open for long periods during while broiling; some error codes indicate issue unresolvable by customer; call for service 15
