OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS (cont'd) DEHUMIDIFIER Note: During dehumidifier mode, the exhaust hose does not have to be vented outdoors. 1) Press the ON/OFF key pad to switch the unit on (Fig. H) IMPORTANT: the drain hose must be installed during dehumidifier mode 2) Press the MODE key (Fig. I) until the DRY indicator illuminates on the control panel (Fig. J). Each press of the MODE key will advance to a different mode setting (Cool-Dehumidifier-Fan-Auto). 3) When the dehumidifier mode is Fig. H activated, the transparent ring around the button on the front of the device (Fig. K) emits an ORANGE light. Fig. I IMPORTANT: There is no fan speed or temperature adjustment during dehumidifier mode. The fan speed is factory set for Auto and the dehumidifier Fig. J operates continuously (non-stop) regardless of ambient humidity level or set temperature.
