Document Typographical Conventions Unless otherwise noted, the following typographical conventions are used in this document to represent how commands are entered from the command line. Convention monospaced type bold monospaced type monospaced italics { } [ ] | Meaning Indicates literal text, such as text returned after a command is entered. Indicates literal text you enter using the keyboard. Monospaced italics indicates a substitutable value. Indicates required parameters. Indicates optional parameters.
