Prerequisites 1 Follow the procedure from step 1 to step 6 in "Removing the base cover". 2 Remove the battery. Procedure 1 Open the latch and disconnect the I/O-board cable from system board. 2 Remove the screw that secures the I/O board to the base cover. 3 Push the securing tab to release the I/O board from the base cover. 25
