If you must reinstall Windows 95 on your computer system, you also need to run the Intel PIIX4e INF Update Installer for Windows 95 immediately after installing the operating system. Doing so enables Windows 95 to detect and configure PCI devices controlled by the integrated 82371EB component. Before you can perform the update, you must make a diskette copy of the update software from the disk image on the hard-disk drive. To make the diskette copy, use the Program Diskette Maker, which is located in the Dell Accessories folder. Refer to the online System User's Guide for information about using the Program Diskette Maker.
