Use of these features is normally in conjunction with technical support from your vendor. Create SysLog File A log file can be created for use by CACStar Engineering to help resolve problems that may occur. Ethernet Capture An Ethernet Capture file can be created containing information from either the Local port or the LAN port for use by CACStar Engineering in customer support activities.
