Installing the Optical Drive 1. Push the optical drive into the optical-drive bay until it snaps into place. 2. Tighten the screws to secure the optical drive to the computer. 3. Disconnect the power cable of the card reader from the system board [1]. b. Un-thread the power cable from the metal clip [2]. c. Remove the screws that secure the card reader to the computer [3]. d. Push the card reader towards the front of the computer and slide the card reader to remove from the computer [4]. 13

Installing the Optical Drive

Push the optical drive into the optical-drive bay until it snaps into place.

a.

d.
Push the card reader towards the front of the computer and slide the card reader to remove from
the computer [4].
