Getting Started Connections Setup Playback Setting the Timer Other Functions Troubleshooting Specifications ENGLISH Connections Connections for all compatible audio signal formats are described in this owner's manual. Please select the types of connections suited for the equipment you are connecting. With some types of connections, certain settings must be made on the RCD-M37. For details, refer to the instructions for the respective connection items below. NOTE • Do not plug in the power cord until all connections have been completed. • When making connections, also refer to the owner's manual of the other components. • Be sure to connect the left and right channels properly (left with left, right with right). • Do not bundle power supply cords together with connection cables. Doing so can result in humming or noise. Preparations Cables Used for Connections Select the cables according to the equipment being connected. Audio cables Analog connections (stereo) (White) L L (Red) R R Stereo pin-plug cable Analog connections (subwoofer) (Black) Pin-plug cable Speaker connections Audio signal: Speaker cable Signal direction Output Input Using the AM Loop Antenna n To use suspended on a wall Suspend directly on the wall without assembling. Nail, tack, etc. n To use standing alone Use the procedure below to assemble. Assembling the AM Loop Antenna 1 Bend in the direction of the arrow. 2 Insert into the hole. Input Output
