The options are 0 through 15.  tRP Setting This function is set the Row Precharge time. This is the Precharge-to-Active or Auto-to-Refresh of the same bank. The options are 0 through 31.  Command Rate This function is set the command timing setting on a per clock unit basis. The options are Auto, 1T and 2T.
