with plastic
wrap.
Transfer
the cooked
foodto the
lined
container
andfreeze.
As soon
as the foodis frozen
in the shape
ol the dish,
remove
it andwrapwith
freezer
paper.

to the container
for defrosting
and
heating.

the foods
to absorb
the moisture
sufliciently
andreconstitute

To pre-
pare
thistype,
boillhe amount
of water
recommended
on the package.
Add the noodles
(when
inciudedl,
cover
andcookfor
approximately
10
minutes.
Allow
noodles
to stand
covered
for an additional
10 minutes,
rinse
withwarm
water
anddrain.
Then
follow
package
directions
for preparing
the
mix.Reheat
4 to 6 minutes
before
serving.
