Printing on Special Media Printing a Banner Follow these steps to print a banner or other custom-size document: 1. Create the document in your word processor or other application software. You can create a banner in either portrait or landscape orientation. 2. Click the print icon or choose Print or Print Setup from the File menu. You see a printing dialog box. 3. Make sure your printer is selected, and then click the Printer, Setup, Properties, or Options button. (You may have to click a combination of these buttons.) You see the Main printer settings dialog box, as shown on page 1-2. 4. Click the Paper tab. You see a dialog box like the following: Click to display list of paper sizes 5. Choose the paper you want to use from the Paper Size list. If you want to print a banner or other custom-size document, choose User Defined. 3-8

Printing a Banner
Follow these steps to print a banner or other custom-size
document:
1.
Create the document in your word processor or other
application software. You can create a banner in either
portrait or landscape orientation.
2.
Click the print icon or choose
Print
or
Print Setup
from the
File menu. You see a printing dialog box.

Make sure your printer is selected, and then click the
Printer, Setup, Properties,
or
Options
