4 Caring for Your Computer Although it has been built for years of use, your ActionNote contains fragile circuits and needs to be handled with care to keep it in good working order: Keep the computer and AC power adapter dry, and do not subject them to extreme heat or cold. To prevent damage to the LCD, do not place external devices on top of the computer, even when it is closed. When you are not using the serial, parallel, video ports, or the PC card slots, keep their covers closed to prevent damage to the pins in the ports.
