6Managing Projectors 6 The software included with your projector lets you monitor and control your projectors from a remote computer. First connect and configure each projector you want to monitor. You can connect the projector wirelessly in Access Point mode (G5150NL and G5350NL only, as described on page 69) or over a wired network as described in this chapter. Once you've connected the projectors to the network, you can use any of these tools to manage your projectors: ■ Use EMP Monitor (available for Windows only) to see your projectors' status, switch image sources, turn projectors on and off, control basic settings, and register projectors and projector groups. See the EMP Monitor Operation Guide for more information. ■ Use the mail notification function to receive e-mail alerts about possible problems. Managing Projectors
T
he software included with your projector lets you monitor and
control your projectors from a remote computer.
First connect and configure each projector you want to monitor. You
can connect the projector wirelessly in Access Point mode (G5150NL
and G5350NL only, as described on page 69) or over a wired network
as described in this chapter.
Once you’ve connected the projectors to the network, you can use any
of these tools to manage your projectors:
