Paper Jam Problems - Roll Paper If roll paper has jammed inside the product, try these solutions: 1. Cancel the print job from your computer, if necessary. 2. Cut the paper close to the roll paper feeder and the output tray as shown. 3. Carefully remove the jammed paper from the front or back as shown (whichever is easier). 174
