Sets the type of sounds. Sounds that are easy to hear in the printer's operating environment can be set. Sets whether or not (On/Off) the alert lamp turns on when an error notification is received. Sets how long before the printer enters sleep mode when no print jobs are received and no errors are detected. When the printer enters sleep mode, the control panel's screen turns off and the internal motors and other parts switch off to consume less power. To reactivate the control panel display, press any button in the control panel except P.
