Cause Solution The appliance is not fixed properly on the brackets. Take down the appliance and check it is properly fixed. The fan blade is damaged. The fan motor is not fixed tightly. The fan blade is jammed. The motor is damaged. Switch off the appliance. Repair to be carried out by qualified service personnel only. Light bulb broken. Replace with a bulb with correct rating. Problem with electrical connection Check the electrical connection with an electrician. GB
