Using the optional memory card reader Using the optional memory card reader Important Your notebook comes with either a built-in diskette drive or a built-in memory card reader. If your notebook has a built-in diskette drive and you need to use a memory card reader, we recommend purchasing a USB memory card reader. To order a USB memory card reader, visit the Accessory Store at accessories.gateway.com. You can use memory cards to transfer pictures from a digital camera to your notebook. You can also use the memory card reader to transfer data between your notebook and a device that uses memory cards, such as a PDA, MP3 player, or cellular telephone.
