Never use sharp objects, scouring pads or harsh cleaners on any part of the dishwasher. Sump cover screws Protect Against Freezing If your dishwasher is left in an unheated place during the winter, ask a service technician to: 1 Unplug the dishwasher from the wall outlet. 2 Remove the Unicouple from the faucet. Disconnect the hose from the water valve. 3 Drain water from the inlet line and water valve. (Use a pan to catch the water.) 4 Reconnect the water inlet line to the water valve. 5 Remove the plastic sump cover in the tub bottom and use a sponge to soak up water . in the rubber boot. Stainless Steel Panels The stainless steel panels can be cleaned with Stainless Steel Magic or a similar product using a clean, soft cloth.
