Quick Start Guide 19 11. Get Files into Your Phone We have made it easier for you to transfer files to your phone's storage card. Simply connect your phone to your computer using the USB cable and start transferring music, photos, and videos to your hearts content. Note You need to have a microSD card installed to copy files into the phone. 1. Connect the phone to the computer using the USB cable. 2. When the Select default type dialog box appears, select Disk drive, and then tap Done. Note When the phone's storage card is used as disk drive, you will not be able to use some of the phone's applications such as Camera. You need to turn off USB storage for the phone to recognize the storage card when the phone is connected to a computer. Refer to the User Manual for details. 3. On your computer, navigate to the USB drive of the phone (storage card) and open it. 4. Copy the files into the phone's storage card. 5. When finished, disconnect the phone from your computer.

11. Get Files into Your Phone
We have made it easier for you to transfer files to your
phone’s storage card. Simply connect your phone to
your computer using the USB cable and start transferring
music, photos, and videos to your hearts content.
Note
You need to have a microSD card installed to copy files
into the phone.
1.
Connect the phone to the computer using the
USB cable.
2.
When the
Select default type
dialog box appears,
select
Disk drive
, and then tap
Done
.
Note
When the phone’s storage card is used as disk drive,
you will not be able to use some of the phone’s
applications such as Camera. You need to turn off USB
storage for the phone to recognize the storage card
when the phone is connected to a computer. Refer to
the User Manual for details.
3.
On your computer, navigate to the USB drive of the
phone (storage card) and open it.
4.
Copy the files into the phone’s storage card.
5.
When finished, disconnect the phone from your
computer.
