English Instruction for use Convection cook This menu will help you to cook food quickly by using convection function, It has 3 cooking mode. Please see the chart below for cooking: Use Display Weight Unit Convection cook Chicken Baked fish 0.5 Kg 0.3 Kg Mutton chop 0.3 Kg For example you can cook some fish at CO-2 mode 1. Press / key. 2. Press the Convection cook twice, display CO-2 (express cook mode) Enter Auto 3. Press the DIAL knob, The oven works automatically. COOK C _ + +30s When cooking has finished, the oven will beep five times and display End for ten seconds. Then The oven will be on call(display the clock),please wait for a few minutes after the ferment. Warning :Always use oven gloves when touching the recipients in the oven, as they will be very hot. Auto defrost The Auto Defrost feature enables you to defrost steaks/minced meat/ chicken pieces, meat joint, chicken, fish, The defrost time and power level are set automatically. You simply select the programme and the weight. Please see the chart below for cooking: Auto defrost Use Meat Fish Display Weight Unit Kg 0.1-1.5 Kg Chicken Kg In the following example we will show you how to defrost 0.6 kg fish 1. Press / key. 2. Press the Defrost button twice to select defrosting programme, The following are displayed: DEF 2 (flash to select the defrosting programme) 3.
