solidly

constructed

and

housed

a

die-cast

frame

assure

WARRANTY

POLICY

Please

complete

your

warranty

card

and

mail

it

to

the

factory

without

delay

to

insure

your

rights

under

the

policy.

The

HARMAN-KARDON

warranty

is

not

valid

unless

your

card

is

placed

on

file

within

ten

days

of

the

purchase

date.

WARRANTY

We

warrant

each

tape

recorder

to

be

free

from

defects

in

material

and

workmanship

under

normal

use

and

service

and

in

accordance

with

the

condi-

tions

herein

below

set

forth

for

a

period

of

ninety

(90)

days

from

the

date

of

delivery

to

the

original

purchaser.

Should

a

defect

occur

within

the

said

ninety

(90)

days

and

provided

that

the

unit

is

returned

to

us

with

transportation

prepaid

and

which

our

examination

shall

disclose

to

our

satisfaction

to

have

been

thus

defective,

we

will:

repair

defective

parts

free

of

charge.

charging

and

labor.

warranty

is

not

applicable

to

any

instrument

which

shall

have

been

repaired

or

altered

in

any

way

so

as,

in

our

judgment,

affect

its

stability

or

reliability,

or

which

has

been

subject

to

neglect,

misuse,

abuse,

negligence

or

accident,

or

which

has

had

the

serial

number

altered

or

effaced.

Neither

shall

this

warranty

apply

to

any

instrument

which

has

been

connected

other

than

in

accordance

with

instructions

furnished

by

us.

This

warranty

is

in

lieu

of

all

other

warranties,

expressed

or

implied,

and

of

all

other

obligations

or

liability

on

our

part,

and

we

neither

assume

nor

authorize

any

representative

or

other

person

to

assume

for

us

any

other

liability

in

connection

with

the

sale

of

this
