Glossary: Calibrating: A process during which the STRATUM™ detects the atmospheric pressure at a specific location. G: Internal Board common Ground contact used to run the STRATUM™ in High Speed when timer function is timed out or pump is in low speed. High Vacuum Alert: Indicates the system has stopped the pump, vented, and set off the alarm. Monitoring: The STRATUM™ has found a "Stable fully primed vacuum and is providing a layer of protection from body entrapment. Glossary (Continued): MR1: Motor relay 1, Used for High Speed on the Filter Pump MR2: Motor Relay 2, Used for Low Speed on the Filter Pump MR3: Motor Relay 3, Used for Booster/Cleaner Pump Over Window Vacuum: Indicates a vacuum level detected that is above normal for the pool system. The system should restart. SP: Spare switch contact used to run the STRATUM™ in High Speed when timer function is timed out or pump is in low speed. Stabilizing: The STRATUM™ has started the priming function and is in the process of finding a fully primed vacuum. Startup-Pulsing: The Solenoid Valve is opened and closed several times to "soft start" the system at startup to warn swimmers Under Vacuum Window: Indicates a problem with the inlet water flow to the pump. Low volume flow can be caused by line breaks, or low water levels. The system should restart. "Unprotected" Mode: Is when the pump is operating and the STRATUM™ is NOT providing any protection against Body Suction Entrapment. Swimmers and Bathers should not be allowed in the pool and spa when the STRATUM™ is in "Unprotected" mode Window: A window is a set of limits, which is placed around the operating Vacuum. In the STRATUM™ this "window is ±3" Hg. USE ONLY HAYWARD GENUINE REPLACEMENT PARTS Pomona, CA Clemmons, NC Nashville, TN Tel: 908.351.5400 www.haywardpool.com
