SnapcloneDiskDevice Creates a snapclone (a point-in-time copy) of the virtual disk that underlies a host disk device (raw disk). The snapclone copy (virtual disk) is presented to the enabled host and a host bus scan is performed to identify the presented storage. Syntax and arguments When initially inserted into a job, the command syntax and default arguments are: SnapcloneDiskDevice ( %host_storvol_unc_name%, "", SAME, %new_storvol_name%, WAIT ) Host Storage Volume UNC Name (%host_storvol_unc_name%). Select or enter the UNC name of the host disk device to be copied. Disk Group UNC Name. Select or enter the UNC name of the storage disk group in which the snapclone copy is to be created. RAID Level. elect the redundancy level for the copy. Choices are RAID0, RAID1, RAID5, and same. See virtual disks redundancy level. New Virtual Disk Name (%new_storvol_name%).
