Message XX.Y PRINTER ERROR TO CONTINUE PRESS 10.XX.YY SUPPLIES ERROR 13.XY.ZZ JAM IN [LOCATION] Description or explanation A printer error has occurred. Recommended action 6 Press at the printer control panel. An error has occurred in one or more of the printer's supplies. The following are values of XX and YY: XX 00 = memory is defective 01 = memory is missing YY 00 = black print cartridge 01 = cyan print cartridge 02 = magenta print cartridge 03 = yellow print cartridge 05 = black image drum 06 = cyan image drum 07 = magenta image drum 08 = yellow image drum A jam has occurred in the specified location. Turn the printer off, and then turn the printer on to clear the message. If this message persists, contact an HP-authorized service or support provider. (See "Customer support options worldwide" on page 214, or go to http://www.hp.com/support/ lj9500.) Remove jammed media from the specified location. (See "Clearing jams" on page 102.)
