You can manually place the Integrated Administrator in Flash Recovery mode: 1. Connect a local client device to the Integrated Administrator (serial) console connector using the nullmodem serial cable (provided with the enclosure). See Requirements for Local Client Devices on page 11. 2. Press and hold the enclosure Unit Identification button (1) and press the Integrated Administrator Reset button (2) simultaneously on the rear panel of the blade PC to place the enclosure in Lost Password/Flash Disaster Recovery mode. 3. When the serial console prompt appears, press the F key. NOTE: This command is case-insensitive. Pressing the L key launches Lost Password recovery mode. Pressing any other key exits Lost Password/ Flash Disaster Recovery mode and reboots the system. This command boots the system in Flash Disaster Recovery mode, prints a message, and resets the enclosure. Upon entering Flash Disaster Recovery mode, the Integrated Administrator attempts to acquire a DHCP address.
