Release the display panel cable and the WLAN MAIN antenna cable from the retention clips

NOTE: Computer models have either one or two WLAN antennas. On models with two antennas, the #1 white WLAN antenna cable connects to the WLAN module #1 Main terminal. The #2 black WLAN antenna cable connects to the WLAN module #1 Aux terminal. 7. Disconnect the webcam/microphone module cable (4) from the system board. 8. Release the webcam/microphone module cable and the WLAN AUX antenna cable from the retention clips (5) built into the computer. 9. Disconnect the display panel cable (6) from the system board. 10. Release the display panel cable and the WLAN MAIN antenna cable from the retention clips (7) built into the computer. 11. Remove the following screws: (1) Six Phillips M2.5 × 3.0 broad head screws that secure the display hinges to the display back cover (2) Six Phillips M2.5 × 2.8 screws that secure the display hinge brackets to the display back cover ENWW Component replacement procedures 45
