Remove the display hinges and display hinge support brackets (4). The TouchScreen display assembly display hinges are included in the Display Hinge Kit, spare part number 787713-001. 9. If it is necessary to replace the display panel cable: a. Disconnect the display panel cable (1) from the webcam/microphone module. b. Detach the wireless antenna transceiver (2) from the display enclosure. (The wireless antenna transceiver is attached to the display enclosure with double-sided adhesive.) c. Release the display panel cable from the routing path (3) built into the display enclosure. d. Remove the display panel cable (4). The TouchScreen display assembly display panel cable is available using spare part number 787710-001 and includes the webcam/microphone module cable. NOTE: Steps 10 through 14 provide disassembly instructions for computer models equipped with a non-TouchScreen display assembly.
