1 Preparing for Installation 1.1 Audience This guide is intended for HP service representatives and other persons trained to install hardware options in HP 10000 Series racks. Verify kit contents 2. Orient the kit parts relative to the rack 3. Prepare for installation and gather required resources 4. Identify the installation location 5. Attach the support brackets to the rack 6. Attach the mounting brackets to the switch 7.
