Print-quality issues If the back side of the substrate varies in color or shade (for instance, if something has been printed on it), you may see banding in parts of your print because the substrate-advance sensor has become confused. In this case, turn off the sensor (in the Loaded Substrate window in the HP Internal Print Server) and adjust the substrate advance manually. If you see banding while printing on self-adhesive substrate with four or five passes, press the Change button in the Job Properties window, and try changing the halftoning method to G.N. For information on how to adjust printer settings, see the User's guide. Colors are misaligned This problem can have various slightly different visible symptoms.
