If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system. 2. 2. Gently hold down the media card reader board (2), and remove the RTC battery (3). NOTE: The RTC battery is attached to the system board by foam material rather than doublesided adhesive.
