18. Set the electrometer board power to OFF by typing [0] at the Reset field and pressing Reset to activate it. 19. Get the press to 'OFF' state and press the nearby E-Stop button. 20. In the CRU board - port J7, disconnect the testing cable (CA361-25040) and reconnect cable W101. IMPORTANT: Take precaution when disconnecting and connecting these cables. They can be damaged easily. See step 4 on page 7 for reference. 21. Disconnect the testing jig from the electrometer board CP1 and reconnect the probe. See step 3 on page 6 for reference. 22. Remove the interlock cheater, close the UC door and release the E-Stop button. End of Board Test If results of electrometer board are within specification, then board is calibrated and functioning properly. If not, replace the board. If electrometer board is in order, but problem remains, check the probe as follows: End of Board Test 13

IMPORTANT:

If results of electrometer board are within specification, then board is calibrated and functioning properly. If
not, replace the board.
